I ordered this for myself for Christmas. It rained all spring, so FINALLY I got the posts in the ground and the hammock up! This in one of the most comfortable hammocks I've ever had. The colors are great, it's large enough for 2 people and I love how the pillow ties to it so it doesn't get lost or blown away. I've had several different hammocks and I really like this one. I would purchase it again, just because it's so comfortable to lay on. The downside is the color has faded some. For it to have "outdoor" fabric I would have thought it would have held it's color better longer. It's not FADED, faded, but I can tell it has faded more than I thought it would. Also the wooden bars that go across the ends have started to fade out and the finish is starting to peel off as well. Now, I do leave this outside ALL the time, but like I said before, we had a rainy spring and I didn't get it up until sometime in June. It is in the sun most of the day and I've been turning it over so the underside gets most of the sun unless I'm in it. After a rain it will feel dry, but when you sit on it it's not dry. guess the quilting inside stays damp for a while. So it isn't water repellent like others I've had. I normally put mine out in the spring and put them away in the fall. I don't want to fool with getting it out everytime I want to use it. And normally they last me 2-3 yrs and get replaced. I don't know if this one is going to hold up that long or not. The fabric is slick, so you gotta be careful getting in and out of it, esp if someone else is getting on it too. Of course hammocks aren't the easiest things to get in and out of anyway. Not for me at least. But I really could sleep in it all night long. It's that comfortable! If your putting it in the shade, or under a covered area, you're all set. But if you like it in the sun and shade like I do, you might want to check out some others. That all being said, I probably would give this company another shot. A little more weatherproofing on the wood, and maybe a better UV material would work. But as far as comfort,,,,I've never had one as nice to lay in as this one is.
