The package was damaged which damaged the instructions. The product itself was fine but trying to figure out assembly with out legible instructions was not fun. This is not a one person assembly. The product is sturdy and works well with the chair we purchased it forI love the look however they are a little tippy since they are on mulch and not a even flat surface. I'm going to put sand bags at the base to see if that helps.Worked great until 2 weeks after my return window closed. Now it is broken and I cannot return it. One side failed. And I am sitting on the ground as I type this. My weight is well under the limit and I used it only a few times.UPDATE While the window to return through Amazon had expired, the manufacturer stood by their product and at my request refunded my full purchase price, so I am satisfied with the resolution. I give them a 5 star customer service rating and a 3 star product rating for larger adults.So easy to put together. Fits in my catio so i can hold my fluffy cat while i gently swing. I am trying to build a sanctuary for me and my cat away from the rest of the family and all the planets problems. I can just chant or meditate. Love it!We are using this with a Sky Chair and it is great. I was concerned that it wouldn't sit high enough off of the ground, but even I at 6' 2" have plenty of room to the ground with this.Super sturdy and easy to assembly ! Goes great for my swing !My daughter absolutely loves this stand, she's been in it most of the day with distance learning and everything. Sturdy and it was pretty easy to assemble, took me under an hour. Definately recommend.After seeing other reviews I was a little concerned that the directions would not be clear, but they were actually printed well... The stands themselves setup very easy and seem to be very strong (Lazy Daze Hammocks U Stand). They also have knobs to make it easy to setup and take down in minutes. Living in the north east, makes changing out for the seasons a little easier.Update: so, the items showed up scratched (I bought two and both had significant scratches). I worked with the seller and they were great and sent me replacements. Those were scratched too, but not as bad and I used them. However after only a few weeks outside, they are already showing rust in multiple areas.... I expected rust but not within weeks. I really want to like these, as they look great and super functional but the scratches and now the rust are pushing it.Another Update: So I've had this for a little over a year.. I bought two, and now one has already bent and useless. It was well under the weight rating... Just really disappointed with these! I really wanted to like them.
