I didn't really know what to expect with this yoga trapeze stand, but I have been pleasantly surprised with the high quality and sturdiness of it and can't recommend it enough. The beam and bars are thick and heavy and the stand does not teeter or totter at all when using the trapeze on it, which is fantastic. It does recommend not swinging on it, so keep that it mind. I also love that it has the yogabody logo across the top, gives it a little more character.It was easy to put together, we had it up in less than 10 minutes and everything fit together perfectly. It is very big so I do recommend having extra person to help to stand it up, I am not sure how you could do it yourself. It does comes with a carrying case so you can transport it, however due to the weight of it I can't imagine hiking very far with it as it is so heavy. It is a great stand!
